    If you would like some in depth knowledge of our native edible seaweeds, how to identify and cook with up to 15 different edible species, this is the course for you.

    • You will learn how to identify, forage safely, prepare and preserve seaweeds for your store cupboard on day one.
    • Day two will be based in the kitchen where you will make a seaweed based lunch and several products to take home.
