Wild food and general wildlife consultancy advice for landowners, chefs, restaurants and food and drink businesses. Caroline is drawing from 15 years experience running a wild food cookery school and 13 years experience as an ecological consultant.

What do we charge?
We have an hourly rate of £40/hour or £320/day. Please contact Caroline to discuss your requirements.
