Description
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This is a great day out for anyone interested in learning about the wild food we find along the coastpath in West Cornwall and for those who love a good stomp in the outdoors. The walk is fairly challenging and takes in a stunning stretch of the coast path along the north coast by the Gurnards Head pub, near Zennor, St Ives. We finish the walk in the pub where we all sit together on a shared table to eat a lunch of four courses designed by head chef Max Wilson, using wild ingredients supplied by Caroline.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAY?
Tea or coffee on arrival, guided 2-3 hour foraging walk, 4 course wild food lunch. Drinks are not included in the price.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?
A bottle of water, waterproof clothing, walking shoes/boots or wellies, pen & notebook, camera.
IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?
