WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Anyone who would love to find out what hedgerow and woodland plants are edible in Spring and how to incorporate these into your diet. The course involves a two hour guided foraging workshop followed by a feast of dishes showcasing seasonal wild greens. Wild garlic, three cornered leek and nettles will be the stars of the show on this day, along with other seasonal salads, herbs and vegetables.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAY?
A two hour foraging workshop exploring the hedgerows and woodland at Little Wilderness near Gweek on the Lizard, followed by a lunch showcasing a variety of dishes using our wild Spring greens.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?
A bottle of water, waterproof clothing, walking shoes/boots or wellies, pen & notebook, camera.
IS THE COURSE SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?
